• Property Assessment - We will walk your property, evaluate vulnerabilities and develop an action plan.

• Vent Replacement - Studies show that embers are the cause of 90% of wildfire home ignitions and losses. They find their way into the home through roof, eave and foundation vents. We are a certified installer for Vulcan Vents and FireStorm Building Products.

• Defensible Space - Defensible space is broken up into 3 zones. We work closest to the home first and outward to reduce vulnerabilities with roof risks, vegetation spacing, mulch removal, materials storage, and ladder fuels reductions.

• Attached Structures - Decks, fences, and other structures attached to the home create direct pathways for fire. We can assist with everything from retrofit screening to protect against ember intrusion under decks, or full replacements or removal.

• Roofs and Gutters - Collection of combustibles on our roofs and gutters are a major ignition threat. Leaves and pine needles collect in roof valleys, against vents, under solar panels, and in gutters in dangerous ways. We can clear and retrofit for future protection with gutter guards and if you have solar panels, we can install SolaTrim screening that prevent build up of combustibles underneath the panels.
